This Privacy Policy describes how Zerogym369 Co., Ltd. ("VITL", "we", "us") handles information collected through this website, joinvitl.com (the "Site"). The VITL coaching application has its own privacy notices, including a separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which are presented before any health-related information is collected in the app.
Information we collect on this Site
- Order information. When you purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email address, and payment details. We receive your name, email, and order details — never your full card number.
- Usage information. Standard web analytics and advertising cookies collect page views, device and browser type, and approximate location (city level), including through the Meta Pixel.
- Messages you send us. If you email support, we keep the correspondence to help you.
We do not collect health information through this Site. This Site has no quizzes, assessments, or health questionnaires, and we do not send any health-related information to advertising platforms.
How we use information
- To process your order, deliver the program, and provide support
- To send transactional emails (receipt, setup instructions, refund confirmations)
- To measure advertising performance using aggregate, non-health events (page view, checkout, purchase) with Meta's Limited Data Use restrictions applied
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not send health data to advertising platforms.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run this Site: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Meta (advertising measurement), and email delivery providers for transactional email. Each receives only what it needs to perform its service.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond to all verified requests within 45 days. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
Children
This Site and the VITL program are intended for adults 18 and older.
